Writing is not like dancing or modeling; it’s not something where-if you missed it by age 19-you’re finished. It’s never too late. Your writing will only get better as you get older and wiser. If you write something beautiful and important, and somehow the right person discovers it, they will clear room for you on the bookshelves of the world-at any age. At least try. - Elizabeth Gilbert

I wrote an awesome novel in my mid-twenties, but that doesn’t remotely mean that I haven’t been writing for YEARS before I was inspired to start in on the #WhoIsTalyaNightingale universe. Do I wish I wrote it years ago? No. I could not have written it to the standards that I currently hold when I was 18. Or 20. Or 23.

Just take your time and keep writing. Your words will come no matter how old you are. Keep going, and it will come.

Here’s to a productive week of writing. Don’t forget to sign up for the #MondayMotivation Newsletter by clicking HEREVolume Four will land in your inbox tonight!
