She’s been to a number of special collections over the years, courtesy of Giselle’s near-unfettered access by way of her three or for PhD.s, but for some reason, Tate College’s collection plays home to some of the most dangerous books in the country.

There is no way this is actually safe.

She’s living proof that it’s not safe.

“God, humans are so stupid,” she mutters under her breath when she passes yet another book that pulses with a power only she can feel.

Giselle hums as she looks up from her phone and the notes she took on what they need to copy out, “Did you say something Dallas?”

She rolls her eyes, “No. Not a thing.”
